Real techniques - expert face brush

This is my new favourite brush! I use it everyday to apply my foundation. I've tried a number of foundation brushes since I started to wear make up, and I never really found a brush that was the right shape or the right density. Until now.
This brush is a domed brush, which is very dens, with short bristles. When I heard people raving about this brush I was a bit sceptical and I thought it wouldn't be for me. But I was very wrong, I received it as a gift for Christmas, and the first time I used it I still wasn't sure, but it grew on me, and now I absolutely love it!. It works really well with liquid foundation, and blends it in perfectly. I love it as it leaves my skin looking flawless.
I now own two sets and three individual real techniques brushes but this brush has to be my favourite out of all of them. I like the sleek, expensive feel that these brushes have. The gold handle gives them that elegant look. I think that these are the best affordable make up brushes which are widely available.
I would recommend any of the real techniques brushes to anyone. But this brush is an essential for only £9.99!

Benefit Hervana blush

This has recently become my everyday blush, and I couldn't live without it. I was given this about a year and a half ago as a gift, and I have repurchased it since.
It is a gorgeous multi coloured boxed blush, with shades of peach, rose pink, purple, and a pretty highlight. It has a slight shimmer to it, but it's not to be scared of, as it isn't very shimmery on the skin. I just swirl my brush around all the colours to create the perfect colour, and it applies really nicely to the cheeks. Although you could use the highlight colour as a highlight individually, to get two products out of one. The powder itself is very finely milled, and has a luxurious soft texture. The smell of this blush makes me love it even more, as it smells of refreshers, which I think is just amazing, as powders and blushers aren't usually scented.
The packaging is beautiful, covered in all the girly colours imaginable. I love the idea of these boxed blushes, and they are just great quality. There's a little mirror inside the box, which is handy for on the go. It also comes with a little brush, which is also handy for on the go, but sadly I have misplaced mine.
Even if this blush isn't for you, there are many other boxed blushes available from benefit, so I would definitely recommend these to anyone. They are a more high end product as they are from Benefit, but without a doubt they are worth £23.50, as they last for ages! I cant wait to try some of the other blushes they offer.

Schwarzkopf got2b 2sexy volumizing hairspray

This has to be my all time favourite hairspray. I've been using this hairspray for about 5ish months now, and no one else seems to be raving about it, and I cant understand why, because it's just amazing.
I love this product because it's almost like a texturizing spray and hairspray in one, and I'm into texturing spray's at the minute because everyone seems to be raving about the Orbe one. It's great because it instantly gives your hair volume and life.
I usually just spray a little bit in my roots to give more volume, and then spray onto wavy ends to add life, but also to make it look a little more put together.
The best thing about this product is it's smell. It is raspberry scented which is my favourite scent ever, I could use it as a perfume it smells that good. I'm not keen on the average smell of hairsprays so I do tend to go for ones that are uniquely scented.
This is a big 500ml can, which is great because it seems to last me ages. Although the packaging is quite simple I like that it's pink and girly. Clearly targeted at the female shoppers, but my boyfriend disagrees, as he loves this hairspray just as much as I do.
This is a very affordable hairspray, as it is priced around £3.99 depending where you buy it.
I shall repurchase this product numerous times in the future, I would recommend anyone to go out and buy this product without a doubt.

Rimmel Stay Matte Powder

This is probably my fifth Rimmel Stay Matte powder, over the past year. This is definitely my go to powder.
I have combination skin, so I need a powder that's going to keep my oil at bay, but also not make my face look cakey. Although this powder is quite chalky I still prefer it to any other powders that I have tried. I apply it with my real techniques powder brush all over my face to set my foundation in place, although you could just apply it to your t-zone if you only need to mattify that area. Although it does it's job as a mattifying powder, I love that it still lets the glow from my foundation show through whilst still setting it in place all day.
The packaging is very poor quality, made with very thin plastic. The lid attaches to the bottom very loosely, as it is just a screw on, and the writing on the packaging tends to rub off very quickly. But nevertheless I couldn't live without the product inside. The pretty crown detail that is pressed to the powder is also a nice touch.
The colour that I have is 003 peach glow. I prefer a powder with some coverage, instead of a totally transparent one. I find that this one gives just the right amount of coverage and colour that's why I love it so much.
